This week’s race weekend training miles
In this episode, we revisited our humble beginnings, shared insights about our infamous 3am alarm, and our first race report. The inception of our beloved phrase, “If you run, you are our friend,” still resonates with us as we reminisce about our early days. It has been a journey of extraordinary growth, from a few hundred downloads to a listener-ship that spans the globe.
Springtime Surprise registration just happened and find out who from the gang will be there. We also sit down and play Never Did I Ever Running edition. Play along with and post on our Social Media posts how many you have done.
We take a few moments to acknowledge some key individuals who’ve played instrumental roles in our podcast’s success. You’ll hear from our past guests, the Run Disney Race Announcers, Chris Twiggs Jeff Galloway and others, as they share their messages of congratulations and their favorite memories with us. As we celebrate our 100th episode, we hope to leave you feeling inspired, motivated, and a part of our running family. Here’s to another hundred episodes of sharing stories, triumphs, and, of course, our love for running.
