In this episode, we welcome John to the Rise and Run Team. We are all fired-up about runDisney’s return, which is now less than a week away. Most of us use Jeff Galloway’s training plans, so we talk about our training and dig a little deeper into the Magic Mile. Finally, in the Race Report, we peek at a couple of this weekend’s events and spent time with Jack, talking about her experiences at the Chicago Marathon – her 2nd marathon in 2-weeks.
