Marathon Weekend Training Week 14

Week 14! This is a big week, not only is there more back to back weekend miles for dopey and goofy participants, this possibility is the farthest that many of you have ever gone. Now I know that’s scary but you CAN do this. Going the distances you’ve never gone before is the best part of being a first timer you get to break barriers that you never thought were possible. Remember this is not a race so you can take it as slow as you need to and even walk miles if need be. We are here to support you and if you have any questions please ask them in our Facebook group.
