We welcome Jack back to the podcast we last talked to Jack back in episode 94 where we hear about his goal of running every street in Camden County NJ.
Jack ran the Icebreaker Marathon in East Meadow Long Island NY. This was a 3.2 mile looped course and need to complete 8 laps to complete the Marathon.
This was Jack’s second best time in a Marathon just missing his BQ goal. We also wanted to Congratulate Jack for completing his Goal of running all the streets in Camden county back in December. Jack set out on this Journey to raise awareness of Lewy Body Dementia in memory of his father who suffered from the disease.
