We cannot accept returns/exchanges for limited edition or preorder items at this time, other than in exceptional circumstances.
Please verify the product, sizes, styles and colors of items are correct when placing order.
We will be shipping with a trackable shipping service and will not be responsible for items not received marked delivered in tracking.

Refunds/Exchange For Incorrect Fulfillment

Refunds (or exchange pending inventory) will be allowed if an item is shipped in an incorrect style or size then that was placed on order.
Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.
