Week 10! It’s your first double digit week. For some this might be the farthest you’ve gone in a while or ever. These long runs are going to be very important to your training, please make your best effort to do the long run unless you are sick or injured. Even if you walk some or all the miles you will still get them on your feet. Please please ask questions you may have in our Facebook group while you are going through this process, no question is a bad one and we will do our best to answer them for you.
