Marathon Weekend Training Week 12
Week 12! Already to half marathon distance and back to back days on the weekend. The Saturday miles Are interned to be a walk. You don’t have to do them as a walk, but it’s more to get the miles on your feet. The long run is the important part of the weekend so I would recommend doing it as a walk unless you are used to running back to back days already.
