Ep 43 A Conversation With Physical Therapist and Runner, Michelle Holland
We started this episode of the Rise and Run Podcast with a brief chat about our progress in training for this fall and winter’s events, including the difficulties we’ve had staying hydrated in this hot weather.
Our guest this week, Michelle Holland, is a 9-time finisher of the Boston Marathon, a 2-time finisher of a full Ironman competition, a certified athletic trainer, a certified strength and conditioning coach, and a professional physical therapist with 35 years of experience. Michelle works with and trains athletes at the Olympic Training Centers in Lake Placid, NY and Calgary ,Canada. She specializes in Orthopedics and Sports medicine at her practice she owns with her husband, Performance Rehab in Nashua, NH.
